À la carte

6 Jan

Today is the first day of Men’s Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2014 London, Milan & Paris starting with the London Collections. While I’m waiting for all the shows to come in to review and share with you I thought I’d share my LCM inspired look. It’s -1 degrees here in Wichita, Kansas so it looks like I’ll be inside on the computer and doing random workouts in my dinning-room slash workout room. There no reason to not be thin.

Even with this look; we all know black is slimming and since this faux leather coat was another Christmas gift to myself what other stylish way to brave this freezing weather. A perfect match for my ankle boots and Army fatigue print chinos I decided to go with a Amish-city-slicker theme for this look. I’ve been faithfully donning this wide-brim hat every chance I get and I only paid 16 bucks for it. The big price tag of the coat is off set by the lithe cost of the other garments like this military inspired sweater I got from Club Monaco a few years ago on clearance that I’ve yet to wear till now. Now back to review these menswear collections…
