Thinspiration: “The 606”

The 606 (1)

Wait where’s my group of stylish skinny male friends? Is that the new accessory? I was lead to believe that all your friends are to be bigger than you to make you look even more gaunt. I mean, what else would explain my current group of slacker friends that stand me up at the gym and only want to hangout over food?

It’s the weekend, I want to go out and do stylish things with people. If you’re like me looking for any reason to get dressed and gallivant around the city today then I hope lean top male model Sacha M’Baye and his lanky boys club is ‘thinpsiration’ enough. All I need now is a genius stylist like Chad Bruton to trim me in the most dapper fall/winter menswear trends: brogue shoes, wide brim hat, standout blazer and a nicely cut waist coat.

Photographer Alexandra Leese captured a full moment in this editorial for Carbon Copy magazine. I enjoy the Harlem Renaissance vibe and dark smokey ambiance. We all know everything look more stylish/slender in a smoke filled roomed no matter how deadly it may be. Meanwhile, if you can’t get your friends together for a stylish evening then just invest in a smashing blazer. Clothes are the only friends that actually motivate you to stay in shape.
